Lady
Hawke
Oh, little firefly of the Faery Forest
How did you come by your light?
If you hadn't found me to guide my way,
I might still be lost in the night.
When
first I saw you, at once I knew
That the Lady Hawke had sent you my way,
For me being, the wee Prince of Ailfen,
And she, the Protector of Fae.
So,
there you are with your lite brightly shining
For all the world to see.
Oh, little firefly of the Faery Forest
I thank you for finding me.
Please go now and tell the Protector
of Fae,
Be it Lady Hawke of which we speak,
That the wee Prince Dryden, of the Forest of Ailfen,
Her friendship he doth wish to seek.
Tis
rumored in Ailfen and all of Faeland,
If ever a friend you need,
Then, go forth and seek Lady Hawke, the Protector,
For a powerful fae friend she is, indeed.
So,
go now, little firefly, let your light shine brightly
As you race off in a hurried flight
And carry my message to the Protector of Fae,
"Lady Hawke, your name is in the Tome of Ailfen tonight!"
